Approved practices of ayurvedic treatments, European cure therapies, massages, full body treatments, like Thalasso Cure or the Hot Stone Ritual are offered as well as refreshing body peelings and facials, like for example the exclusive Caviar Facial or the new Pure Perfection 100N of MBR. Besides a great selection of cosmetic treatments for beauty care, including permanent make-up is available.

KF Spa Cosmetics is one of the most exclusive product lines worldwide. The training can be composed individually by different elements. Starting with yoga, meditation, Pilates, stretching, as well as power- speed-strength and endurance training over self-defense, Asian martial arts up to Feldenkrais method and contact improvisation.

Spa Cuisine

The outstanding cuisine of the Spa and Fitness Club provides tasteful menus that supply body and soul with new energy. The spa menus are prepared low in fat, calories and cholesterol and are served in your hotel room, the Jahreszeiten Grill or at Café Condi.

Day Spa - for tired townspeople

Also for the inhabitants of Hamburg a visit to the Spa and Fitness Club is worth the effort. Far beyond the hustle and bustle, there is the opportunity to use the exclusive wellness offering and to flee from the every-day stress. Attractive day spa-packages are available and can be booked combined with a day-use-room.

Within the day spa program all treatments minimum 1 hour and 25 minutes can be booked. For example a full body massage, for expectant mothers the prenatal massage or the Ayurveda Massage. This offer includes also the usage of the fitness and sauna area.

The Spa and Fitness Club is open from Monday until Friday from 6:30 am until 10:30 am and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm
